About Bar 1924
Bar 1924 is a speakeasy-inspired cocktail bar in Point Loma, San Diego, where cocktails with a restrained tropical influence meet mellow jazz and conversation comes naturally.
Our menu draws from Prohibition-era classics and the Golden Age of Tiki, with an emphasis on balanced flavor and careful technique. Cocktails are made to order with fresh citrus, house-made syrups, thoughtfully selected spirits, and clarified juices in select recipes.
Order your drinks at the bar, then make yourself at home. Catch up with friends in the lounge, choose from our many card and board games, or enjoy a game of pool. Select vinyl DJ nights bring other sounds into the room, with music chosen to leave room for conversation.
Come for a date night, a familiar favorite, or a cocktail you haven’t tried before. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows. Reservations are available for those who prefer to plan ahead, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings or when visiting with a larger group.
